Al-Noor Journal for Digital Heritage and Cultural Preservation (NJDHCP) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by Al-Noor University, Mosul, Iraq.
The journal is dedicated to advancing knowledge and scientific research in the field of digital preservation of cultural heritage. It provides an international scholarly platform for researchers, academics, and heritage professionals working on the documentation, analysis, conservation, management, and interpretation of cultural heritage using modern digital technologies.
NJDHCP promotes interdisciplinary collaboration across fields such as archaeology, anthropology, history, art history, museum studies, conservation and restoration, cultural studies, and heritage management. The journal particularly emphasizes innovative digital methodologies including 3D documentation, remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), virtual reality, digital archiving, and digital storytelling for both tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
